Very nice place and they did a good job on doing my eyebrows. But I will say that the Asian lady who did my brows was a bit too aggressive since my eyebrows felt a pinch and had red marks the next day. Please try to be more gentle next time that’s all !!
I went there and got a facial, which was very disappointing as it irritated my skin. The woman who did it seemed rushed. She was attending to several people at the same time, and I think that's why she didn't do it properly. She was also very rough while doing the facial. I honestly don't understand why it has more than four stars if the services are so disappointing.
Sunita is the BEST! She always gets my brows right and pays attention to every little detail. I leave looking 🔥 every time. 10/10, highly recommend! 🫶🏾✨
I came to do my eyebrows with wax today around 1:30pm. The lady that did my eyebrows messed up on my eyebrows and said what happened to my eyebrows like if I did my eyebrows 🤦♀️. She tried to play it off like if I came like that with my eyebrows messed up,when I didn’t come in like that. Also she wanted to charge me and said never mind it okay. Mind you she wasn’t even playing attention when she was doing my eyebrows I’m so upset,never going here again
Very lovely beauty lounge. They do eyebrows really well here. It was not very busy when I visited and I hope the location gets a lot of patrons because it is pretty lovely and the staff are professional. The facials price is also very reasonable compared to other beauty lounges within the area.
